At Franklin 38 you will be staying in a large two storied handsome Victorian villa that has been lovingly renovated whilst remaining sympathetic to the history of the house, retaining its character.

Updated to the highest standard incorporating contemporary architecture, materials, artwork and furnishings whilst still maintaining many of the properties period features. Features such as the Tom Dixon melt lamp in the hallway and contemporary artwork including a pixelated portrait of Marilyn Monroe in one bedroom, add a real modern twist.

With trendy Ponsonby Road only five minutes up the hill and buzzing downtown Auckland, the newly created Wynyard Quarter on the waterfront and harbour side enclave Viaduct Basin a leisurely downhill fifteen minute you will feel part of the local community from day one.
